Dr Ravi Marathe & Dr Rama Marathe are the founder directors of Vishwa Institute of Positive Psychology. They are ably assisted by their son Dr. Vishwajeet Marathe. Dr Rama along with practising as a physician is also a prolific writer and a well sought after orator. She is specialized in Clinical Psychology. Dr Ravi a successful paediatrician, dietician and specialized in Industrial Psychology.  Dr. Vishwajeet Marathe looks after the computer networking and software departments. He has designed and developed software, tests and tools especially for the purpose of positive psychology.
